Happy Birthday my love may today and everyday be all you ever wished for!
Last year I was trying to figure out a way to really document the first year of clients babies…. so the Baby Plan was born… after a few changes here and there it’s truly been a blessing to my life to know that I get to see some of my favorites every few months (at least 3 x’s a year)…. Mr. P was one of the very first to ‘join up’… I used to work with his mom so being friends was already in place! This little guy is just a simple joy. He is relaxed, laid back and as his mom told me today, she is still so incredibly smitten. I told her that’s what motherhood is all about, I am still smitten every day by my crazy beans…. so Mr. P today graduated into the ‘toddler’ group! But first, you have to see how this little guy has grown since last July!

There is something about the details that I love in all sessions…. those tiny little things that are so easily forgotten but bring back such pure and awesome memories. I love to capture those details at weddings, the little touches that were so important during the planning stages of a wedding yet are sometime so easily overlooked or forgotten the actual day of…. These are all from a recent wedding I photographed (with the help of an amazing photographer and wonderful friend, Taun Henderson (www.taunhenderson.com) was my secon shooter – his images simply took my breath away)…

One of my favorite parts of doing maternity sessions is meeting the little one’s once they are born. Just about 4-5 weeks ago I photographed Mr. C’s mom…..
and now…. the sweetest 12 day old…. Mr. C was simply an angel…. this little guy didn’t even make a fuss as I moved him around and took his picuture for almost 2 hours, and at just 12 days old, he was full of smiles… Big brother B was happy to hang out at the studio…and we were able to sneak some photos with him in them.

As my first full year of baby plan families is starting to come to a close…they are all turning 1 between now and this fall, I’ve decided to offer a great 1 year book, to really show how big they have gotten and celebrate them perfect as they are! Below is a sample of some ‘About Me’ books….
